As a Data Controller, we process the Personal Data we maintain about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may at any time withdraw your consent with immediate and future effect and without affecting the lawfulness of processing of your Personal Data based on the consent you provided before you withdrew it. To withdraw your consent simply select the unsubscribe option provided in the digital communication you are sent or call us direct to instruct us and/or to cancel your UKTM subscription.

 

Data Retention:

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an active account and in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Where we no longer need to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy UKTM will delete your Personal Data from our systems after an inactive account of a period of 6 years.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Personal Data. Children's Policy:

UKTM does not hold direct contact details of children under the age of 16. If it comes to our attention that we have collected direct personal contact data from a person under the age of 16, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact us at btca.uk.com, and we will delete any such information. 

 

We recommend that children under 16 should only register with UKTM via a parent/guardian account, and UKTM does not knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under the age of 16 without parental consent. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will delete this information as quickly as possible.
